Kannur ,Kerala.... I got Kodak LED android 43 (inch) 4k TV yesterday from Flipkart. Actually scheduled installation and demo after two days. But we got it one day earlier from Flipkart installation and service team. No words to say, Excellent installation and service from service provider (Ajith) ,he is friendly guy. Explained each and every function and make sure that TV working properly. Also give proper advices such as warranty extension,and other functions of TV for long use. I read lots of reviews from other customers, some People says that ,they are not comfortable with installation and demo team..But Ajith ,he is entirely different from others , such a friendly personality. Clarity : : This TV provides excellent clarity ,in SD level ,HD level and 4k level. No compromise in picture clarity. No faded images ,it shows perfect videos in SD level..So I can give 4.9/5 rating. So many reviews I saw this TV doesn't provide pictures clarity,now after using this Kodak TV I can say it's fake review. But it provides excellent and mind blowing clarity. Beyond expectation. Sound : : Provides Dolby Audio, dts digital surround 30W speakers.It gives excellent sound clarity and audio clarity. High sound at level 100 . Perfect sound. I can tell you one thing ,this TV provides complete satisfaction for you and your family.This 43 inch 4k Kodak TV provides great mind blowing picture clearity and video clarity to your family. It works properly in HDMI ,AVI and other formats. Superb remote .it connects automatically with Bluetooth facility.And maximum 10 sec it will take to switch ON. On my experience,TV's like Samsung,Mi, Intex , realme ,they won't provide clarity as like Kodak 4k TV. *Excellent product at this range of price. *Worth for money. *You can buy this product without any further discussion. *You have to take 3 yr extended warranty. *Satisfied customer.

Update-Review after a couple of month's usage: > The HDR is stopped working via HDMI( tested with ps4 and gtx 1650). Netflix dolby vision works. > The remote stopped worki g properly after 2 months. Support center wont troubleshoot propely. They asks for video proof constantly rather than understanding the issue. They won't event hint how to buy a new remote. > The customer service only works in the first week to get a high rating and slowly they wont care after it. >Cannot enjoy tv properly due to the misbehaving remote(automatically returns to home/skips content. Changed battery 3 times. Battery is not the issue) First Impressions: My previous TV was VU 43inch fHD tv. 3 years old. The colors were bright washed, the gradient banding was high. The sound output below average. At Present: After a weeks usage i would say the experience is good. Like its worth the pay, but not perfect (if you like to nitpick). But as a fily driver it performs and wont let you down. Display: The display is good, there are slight gradient banding but wont affect the experience. The blacks are deep. But the overall gamma is cold(can be adjusted) When viewed from sides, small blueish tint is experienced(may be gamma thing!!). Sometimes the colors gets over saturated or flushed out. (Have to fiddle with settings to correct these) Tested HDR with PS4, it does make a difference in gaming. Dolby vision: there are a couple of movies/series in Netflix that support. Tested and works. Remote TV connectivity: update: dies very quickly, un reliable. When switched on, takes a little time for the remote to pair up and initialize or so. For a few mins the controls will lag, after 2 mins things will become smooth. Sound: The tv speaker is moderate. It does the job and way better than my old VU. Connected my 2.1 using toslink, the output is good(supports pcm and Dolby digital) Haven't tested hdmi arc's performance and support.

Wonderful
Delivery & installation = 5/5 delivery was on time & installation done on next day both was on time. Video & display = 4/5 display & pictures quality is quite good but viewing angle at 170 degree is not that great. SD content look average but HD & 4K content looks awesome. Sound = 3/5 sound is quite ok as TV opted with 30 watt speakers but it doesn't feel like 30 Watt better get a sound bar for better sound. Connectivity = 3.5/5 I am using it with ethernet cable with 25 mbps speed & 4k video run flaw less without buffering & great to see that they are using hdmi 2.0, Bluetooth 5.0 & 2 USB port but you can't use both USB port at same time because of its positioning & sometimes when I try to connect my pendrive its not detecting the pendrive I have to remove & insert it again 1 or 2 time & they miss to give WiFi 5 ghz it only work on 2.4 ghz. Software = 4/5 its great to see that it's running on latest android version 9 but what dissappointed me is that it's security patch version is outdated it's of October 2019 which is quite old as they should have updated it & I feel the software little laggy no mention of android 10 update like Motorola & Nokia are saying it while selling that it will get the latest android 10 update when it roll out. Features = 3.5/5 TV is feature pack as they advertise its has HDR10, Dolby vision, dolby sound etc but one thing disappointed me because of which I bought this is MEMC they are just advertising it but tv doesn't have MEMC Setting like Motorola and other tv have, as I spoke regarding it with the brand customer care & I am shock that they have no idea what is MEMC they are clue less as they are selling it & highlighting it on there website as well as on flipkart neither kodak nor flipkart coustmer care have any knowledge about what they are selling what is MEMC. MEMC is (Motion Estimation and Motion Compensation) its help to make fast moving picture smooth. Upon tweeting many times and calling them they had sent their executive who went into factory settings and show us MEMC toggle, but it didn't make any difference in the picture quality like it is in other TV and it was a factory setting it is not available in the setting section of the Tv. Customer care = 3/5 after finding that this tv is doesn't have MEMC I Iodged a complain to kodak customer care & they are clue less what is MEMC so they said will aarange a call back with our technical team I said OK but I never get a call I repeat the call same thing no call this happen 3 time so I mailed them I got reply after 2 day they are saying contact flipkart after that I twitted on their handle adding ceo of the company after that I got an call from some kodak guy who is ready to help even he doesn't know about the MEMC after that flipkart send the technician to check what is the fault we are talking about he suppose to come on 6th June 2020 but he came on 8th June 2020 the guy came to check the TV was not from kodak but from jeeve the said part is even he doesn't know what is MEMC we have to show him youtube video of motorola MEMC what it is & how it's work after that he call someome did hard reset of the TV. its show that both flipkart & kodak people have no knowledge about their products what they are selling & advertising it's all false advertising about MEMC. Conclusion = I just decided to ruturn the TV but I kept it because overall TV is great at its price point. only thing I want to say is don't market what you are not giving & be open about your product train your staff about it in depth so they can answer any question ask to them & I think this is one of the best tv from kodak keep it up. It's is complete value for money.
