This is a very bad product I have a very bad experience with BPL company coz I have took this tv 8 months back but within 8 months the tv got the prob for this technical prob I have contact the customer care but they delayed very much to send their technician after that the gave the complaint to the company and in this process they have taken a month we are waiting from a month and now the tv is not working to so I had worst experience with the BPL company.

Not recommended at all
Bought this TV in Oct, 2019 and have already had it serviced twice. The TV firmware needs a lot of improvement in a lot of areas starting with Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity (this is a common issue across multiple users/customers). Have to factory reset to connect to internet everyday. The service center in Kolkata is below par too. Overall, extremely unsatisfied with the product.
