Received the instrument on a delayed date and on arrival the piece was not charging, the back camera was protruding and god...flipkart doesnt lift the calls and there is a recorded mesagge, keep repeating to file complaint on their web site. Guys...spend little more and buy a branded product that buy this damn swipe slate. Very much disappointed. Dont know why flipkart sells such third rate products on their website. feel miserable for placing the order.

Disappointed
I purchased this tablet for my son, and got it delivered in Nov 2017 through Flipkart. In a few weeks time it started malfunctioning, and we took it to the authorised dealer in Chennai ( Siddu Communications). They were not able to rectify the issue, and have now sent it to their HQ and say it will take 4 weeks time to get it back. Paid Rs 5999/- for this and very, very disappointed. Very poor customer service. They need to give customer;s the satisfaction of a good product. Waiting for the tablet to come back """"
