Got defective piece, trying to get it replaced

When I touch the bottom of the touch screen, the touch gets triggered at other places where then finger is not placed. I enabled Android Touch indicator and saw that the touch was getting triggered below or above where the finger is placed. This happens only at the bottom of the touch screen. Weirdest thing is that it works fine if the product is connected to a power source. Apparently, this is a known issue and users who faced this issue in other countries got a replacement (not on Flipkart). I am trying to get the product replaced, hopefully will get a replacement.

good tab, but service.

The tab is good but not the service that flipkart and asus provide in india. The build quality of the phone is not great and the screen is too fragile. recently the screen of my nexus 7 got shattered and flipkart did not suppert me. the asus people said it would cost more than 13k. finally i got it done for 10k at other service center with a lot of pain to lose the bucks. the spare parts are also not available like in other countries. Finally what i want to say that you don't stay complacent that the warranty covers everything and flipkart will give any support. u have to lose some more rupees to get it done particularly if u damage ur screen.

REVIEW AFTER 6 DAY HEAVY USE best in under 20k tablets

flipkart delivery was fast as always pros) crystal clear screen handles games fine its nexus so u will always get all the latest updates way better specs than any other tab under 20k cons -battery life is like 4-5 hours max and takes a about 4 hours to fully charge -not as great as its shown in gaming it go lag even in high games and by high i dont mean games liks asphalt8 those r super high games but for its price its the best u can buy in the market so u cant do anything about that unless u want to spent 30k money -it says its gorilla glass but mine did got scratch after 2 days and i didnt used it roughly still so i'll recommend get a screen guard. they r not like big ones u will see if u want to like checking with flashlight anyway buy a screen guard -build quality is just okey its solid its not cheap but doesnt look really good either -do not read pen drive without rooting ('nexus media importer' wouldnt work either if thats what u think u can use) it do have OTG keyboard, mouse and gaming consuls works fine but wouldn't read a mass storage device and in 16gb u get 11.5 usable so no movies no songs i guess -and u wouldn't receive a pair of headphones if u expecting one if u are looking for a GAMING tab under 20k this is the best u can buy its for gaming and for those who like to watch stuff online as it do not offer much of storage its best value for money wouldnt regret buying it
