I liked and wanted tgis watch from when it was released. But i got a chance to buy it now. And it was very good a it work but the app quality is something to be improved 😞 and the sleep monitor also not functions well otherwise it is best at classy looks and watch faces
Pathetic Customer Support from Fireboltt
I have recently purchased a invincible plus watch from Fireboltt on 15th March 2023 for Rs 4300. Unfortunately, within just one month, the watch stopped charging. Naturally, I reached out to their customer support for assistance, and they assured me that they would replace the faulty product. However, my experience with Fireboltt's customer support has been nothing short of disappointing. After several attempts to get in touch with them, a courier partner finally contacted me on 10th May for the reverse pickup of the defective watch. To my surprise, Fireboltt failed to provide any confirmation regarding the pickup. It was only on 12th May that they sent me an email stating that the pickup had been scheduled for 11th May. This kind of irresponsibility is unacceptable. Upon returning the watch, I expected some form of communication or updates regarding the replacement product. However, Fireboltt showed a complete lack of concern. It was only when I contacted them again, almost five days later, that they sent a confirmation email acknowledging the pickup and stating that the replacement watch would be delivered within 2-3 days. To my dismay, when I contacted Fireboltt on 22nd May, they informed me that the same product was not available and they were unable to provide either a replacement or a refund. Instead, they suggested that I purchase a different product from them, albeit with an alternate color or model. This response is utterly unsatisfactory and leaves me suffering from the most pathetic customer support experience I have encountered. Still on 03 June I have not received any thin nor product nor refund Fireboltt's negligence, lack of communication, and inability to fulfill their promises have left me feeling frustrated and cheated as a customer. It is unacceptable for a company to provide such subpar support to its customers, especially after selling a faulty product. I urge potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from Fireboltt if they value reliable customer service and want to avoid the disappointment and inconvenience that I have endured.
