Battery drained in few hours and not getting charged now
Within few hours or I will say minutes of full charging, The watch not get start to open and even not getting charged now. Now I have to sent it to Banglore office in my own expenses to claim warranty. I have not used even 1 week. Avoid to buy this.

Poor Battery
On a Very First day I charged Battery to 100% and overnight my watch switched off due to low battery within 8 hours battery discharged. i contact customer support via email regarding this issue on very next day but after few days they didint give the proper answers very poor watch dont go for it. there is only one no which is not connected to any customer representative and you have to contact them via email and then they turned down your all the claims by saying the So called "features" ( which has no use if your battery draining so fast)

After software update battery backup improved. Wearfit Pro app is not so good. Free Watch faces not so good.

Crossbeat s3 pro, worst band not able to connect, Battery falls to less 50% with no use. Worst worst worst customer service center. Please don't fall. I have used mi band 4 best experience. 👌

Do not buy this watch.. worst battery life, Worst App, expensive watch faces

Please friends say my problem is genuine or not ...if yes...please suggest how to tamper this company and get my product working get back....and don't encourage this type of company in future with wrong specifications as water proof and all

Looks premium, feels good & comfortable...but Worst Battery... 100% to 51% in just 6 hours, even speaker is cracking, on calling the speaker cracks......, WearFit App is very bad... Cannot adjust volume of speaker during call... Very less customisation.... Don't fall for the colours..... I'm extremely disappointed with this product.... Battery & Speaker is the problem...I want a full refund on this.... Will also post in other social media is refund is not given in due time..... deeply regret

I bought the crossbeats ear buds but after few days I started facing issues with phone connection to make calls.only one at a time is getting connected and the other end person is not able to hear me and getting alot of noise.When i reached out to company they denied the replacement/warranty.sharing the mail image
