Apple presents its smart wearable Apple Watch SE 44mm GPS. The smartwatch brings a square-shaped dial that comes with a 1.78-inch Retina LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 448 x 368 pixels. Apple Watch SE GPS runs on Watch OS7.0 out of the box and is driven by an Apple S5 chipset with dual-core CPU. The watch comes with user-friendly features and sensors like heart rate (2nd gen), barometer, always-on altimeter, compass, Accelerometer, and gyro.
