Absolute rubbish!
I have ordered this fridge and delivered on time therefore I got offer on it that exchange option with my old fridge which is very good working quality and not even fainted its lustre and even after 6 years of used still it's glitter very well,perhaps in the bottom of side little bit rusted that's y I decided to purchase new one and after fascinated by this new fridge which I have been ordered and the delivery executive refused to accept my old fridge which is even working compresser in superior quality and internal area of the fridge is good and well maintained like new fridge but coz of nuance rust the flipkart team weren't accepted my old fridge I am fully disappointed and have bad experience with flipkart team that they have such policy like they want new brand fridge if really my old fridge it's not rusted and appeared as like brand new one why I need to purchase another fridge why this useless policy from flipkart ? Because of this bad quality I need to pay further amount by my own pocket and its loss for me Next time I will think 10 times before I go to exchange policy.

I just wanted to thank Flipkart for there support and customer service. I just ordered the refrigerator on 12/06/21 and received on 16/6/21. When I just opened the box, the refrigerator was damaged having a deep scratch and dent on its body. Iam little panic about it that do I get a replacement of my product or not.. I just got through another online shopping platform and there was the same issue faced by some customers and there's reviews are like the seller did't rectify there issue.i just requested for a return. I tried different online shopping platforms, but Flipkart customer service was excellent and superb. They just enquired me about the problem, that I have faced and know my concern. On 19/06/21 they approved my return request after the pickup, with in one hour, I got my refund on my bank account. And I want to thank the seller, Akshnav Online for approving my return request so fast and convenient. And I just ordered the same product on 18/06/21 and received on 26/06/21 without any single scratch or any other damage. It's was a great effort from the seller and Flipkart team and delivery was an open box delivery, it's so convenient. And I am fully satisfied with Flipkart shopping experience.

Good buy, sent a feedback separately to flipkart. Only thing about this Samsung fridge is space utilisation could have been better. It doesnt seem like 253L as it claiming to be. Rest all so far good as per first impression of installatio day by Samsung person.
