Useless product

Product is good and is amazing. But this Omnitech retail is pathetic. I received damaged product today at Ranchi and asked for replacement. They say that replacement is not possible and only refund can be made. As Omni tech retail doesnt ships to Ranchi How on earth I received the product in the 1st place then ? Flipkart are you listening ?? Take delivery to small town seriously or no one will order costly things from you. I want my money back.
