VIVO Y83 Pro - No value for Money
Dear sir/Madam, Recently on 25th august i have baught New phone of your company. Vivo - Y83 PRO. Though i had few more options of other companies like REDMI NOTE 5 PRO or motorola g6 or Samsung J8 ,honor Lite i have choose VIVO y83 pro over that...earlier i was using ONE PLUS 5 but but i shifted to VIVO recently and i am really disapoointed. I was explained that company has upgraded a phone and having great processors and features with system stability and because of this reason i go for VIVO. But i m really disappointed with mobile functions and operations. Within just 10 days of buying phone ,it is getting hang multiple times during a day. Apps are running slow even on wifi and screen switching from one page to another page takes few more mili seconds. I m not using phone for Games or high definition videos..this feedback and review certainly not good for VIVO. Camera quality is also not good compare to Other phones in same range. Please note that i have updated my phone as per system update recived from VIVO - 2 times in last 10 days. But still i m facing same problem. Requesting you to refund my money or replace with Higher end VIVO phone with my existing phone at same price.
