JEEVES TOTAL MOB. PROT. PLAN BY FLIPKART IS A FRAUD COMPANY
They phone is very good but PLEASE DON'T BUY THE COMPLETE MOBILE PROTECTION PLAN THAT IS OFFERED BY FLIPKART. THEY(JEEVES) ARE LIARS. my phone got damaged on 24th of Jan 2019 and the screen broke off. according to the policy i raised the claim on 24th Jan itself. the device was picked up on 29th Jan 2019 by their courier partners blue-dart and its lying in blue-dart's office since then. its been almost 20 days since i raised the claim and the customer service representatives say blatant lies that the phone is already serviced and will be dispatched to you when the phone actually is with blue-dart and is STILL NOT SHIPPED TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE. why? because they have not provided the e-way bill that is required ( this is according to blue-dart). i have already t raised a complaint on flipkart and sent numerous emails to jeeves but THEY DONT REPLY. After threatening legal action i got a reply from them that "concerned department will get in touch with you." This is maybe my last purchase from FLIPKART. So much so for being INDIAN and having the pride of buying goods from an INDIAN COMPANY.
