If you go for tech then you should go for cmf and I you want to have unique design then you should choose 3a otherwise both are good. Well cmf gives everything in their box like tpu case, adapter, cable. Where as nothing only gives the phone and the cable, you have to buy case and adapter by on your own. So as a result cmf is a better option.
