First and foremost thing the deal is Low Value for Money. eBay is selling this mobile around Rs. 14500 to 15000. But it is hardly value for Rs.5000/- only. There are many local Chinese companies selling mobile of similar specifications at much cheaper rates in Chandichowk market of New Delhi. This is local Chinese company and selling local materials at higher prices with the nexus of eBay and its seller, (diggital_estore , Chennai). iBerry Auxus has Its Worst service center don't buy it due to following reasons. Not a value for money. Do not have service centers in India except one only one in Chennai. Battery got heated and drained soon. They don't have a battery available in their store. Their customer service is very poor. Camera quality poor, battery drains fast. Do face WiFi problem after a month. • DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF iBerry AUXUS COMPANY THERE IS NO POSITIVE POINT • EVERY THING IS NEGATIVE • worst company with worst service • Not a very good phone although the review was very highly rated at ebay, did'nt enjoy much using this phone, the sim slot and memory card are in the same slot. The finish of the product is crude. its a rubbish product. poor speaker quality, so poor camara quality, and look vise very cheap product. just one day before i bought from ebay, and wanna giving back, still getting any answer from ebay. • if u have excess money kindly donate but never buy any of auxus products. Do not buy .. pathetic customer support and no after sale service The worst phone and freebies I got with it. I made contact with eBay regarding product, they said they r not bothered abt the product. Seller didn’t pick the phone and nor reply the mail. I finally made contact to Iberry and they too refused to take the product back. The phone heats a lot after continue usage of only 40 min to 1 hour. Poor quality. Iberry supporting staff forcing me to use the phone, saying u don’t have other option. Will NVR purchase any Iberry product again? Shàme on iBerry brand.
