Just waste of money, worst phone and authorized service
Hi, I have bought this phone, to gift it one of my close relative considering the features and cost. The Mobile is still under warranty, and I got to BYOND Authorized service center once already and had to go for another L4 service within 6 months. Some of the Authorized service centers referred in their web page, refuse to take this phone for service under warranty. Shameful for the company to still retain them in their website. The power button gets jammed and can be broken very frequently and the if the phone is left idle for 1 hr, then phone doesn't respond, only way is to remove the battery and re-boot the phone. The service is not good and even the response from the BYOND customer care. This is not a recommended brand under any circumstances.

No service centre in Chennai
I bought this phone 1 year ago, the firmware got corrupt and I took it to repair shop, they said only the Byond service center will have the firmware for this, tried all byond service numbers in google and none still do service for Byond... Utter waste, the mobile is simply sleeping in table now, don't buy from Byond.
