I was expecting a lot from Sony after having paid 20K for this headset..I bought this as a replacement for Bose QC20. Honestly Sony 1000XM2 is a disappointment on 2 counts - it can pair with only one device at a time vs Bose, which can pair with 2 at a time. This is a bummer as with simultaneous pairing, you get great convenience. The 2nd issue is the battery life..very disappointing to say the least. The sound quality and noise cancelation qualities are excellent
