Slightly disappointed
I have bought the Sony INZONE H3 Headphones, anticipating great performance given Sony's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After just a few months of regular use, the microphone stopped working. For a gaming headset, the mic is crucial, and it's frustrating to see it fail so quickly. Considering the price of these headphones, I expected much better durability. The worst part is the warranty service. My headphones were still under warranty, so I contacted Sony for a repair or replacement. However, the customer service was terrible. I experienced long wait times and received unhelpful responses from representatives. They kept giving me the runaround, and weeks later, my issue is still unresolved. In the end they said that they cannot repair it and said they will replace it but they will cost 5400 rs for it. This headphone costs me 5000 only. I cannot recommend the Sony INZONE H3 Headphones. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable brand that stands by their warranty and offers better customer service. ---
