In regards to price not up to mark Mic do not work properly the person other end can't hear properly in a call in BT mode but wire mode works good Music good but not best sony is better

This is a story of heart break and dream wrack. So, request you to be patient. After buying series of in-ear headphones with mic, during early months of COVID restriction when work from home started, I bought Rs. 5K worth sony on-hear headphone. I was surprised by the audio quality and really understood the value of putting more money on such devices. However during calls, people complaint about my audio quality and background noises. That's when I decided to invest in world class headphone as work from home seems to be the way going foward. After going through hundreds of reviews, I decided to go with Bose QC35 II, as it seems perfect for combination of good audio plus call quality and pro-claimed world class noise cancellation. To be truthful, I did not found sound quality of Bose much better than 5K Sony headphone, but then I am no sound expert and counseled myself, saying buddy, may be you do not understand these things. There is more to it. After spending months on calls, watching movies, audio, I was still able to hear outside noises even with "Nose Cancellation" set to "High". After thinking a lot, I decided, may be, may be this one is defective piece and called Bose Customer care. To my shock, to guy in call, was telling that you can expect only 40-50% noise cancellation and that too of some specific frequency. Still I did not lose my faith in Bose and requested him to lodge a complaint and give me a token. I am from Chennai and there is only one service shop in Chennai (T Nagar). I got the address and went there. With all due respect, that's worst service shop for even a second grade company and Bose should be ashamed of choosing a service partner like that. No Bose branding, no way you can find it is Bose service shop, until you go there and see a A4 size paper printout asking you to go to first floor. Guy there took my headphone and came back in 5 minutes and explained me that these headphones are working fine. So what is the lesson learnt for me and others who are planning to buy a noise cancellation headphones. 1. If you are not traveling frequently in airplanes, DO NOT buy this headphone, as according to service shop guys these are only meant to reduce those frequencies. I may not be an expert, so I played airplane noise in YouTube and used my headphone, even those were not cancelled. 2. If you are person like me you want a headphone with good audio and specially mic for call quality, GO TO A STORE test it yourself and buy. DO NOT buy Bose QC35 II based on YouTube reviews like I did. - These WILL NOT CANCEL TV noise - These WILL NOT CANCEL traffic noise - These WILL NOT CANCEL barking noise. - I DO NOT KNOW what these will cancel honestly 3. DO NOT spend money on this brand if after charging a BOMB, they cannot operate a nice service shop. Hope my feedback will save your money or will guide you to spend them wisely.

Pretty happy with my purchase so far. The connectivity is pretty solid. I connect to my phone and my laptop. I use for meetings, listening to songs and binge watching. The sound signature is very balanced. Noise cancellation is better than other headphones I have used so far. I did find them slightly uncomfortable for long team calls. Not for base lovers though
