Faulty windows & battery. Everything else is good. Details below.
I bought this laptop at ₹ 40k from Amazon. Prepaid. Delivered on 5th day. No security packaging. No thermocol or bubble wrapped etc. Windows is faulty. I have to install a fresh windows 11 from USB flash drive. Touchpad & Fingerprint driver get updated by 3rd driver installer then working. Battery also faulty. It automatically goes up down (0 to 100% to 0%) even on charger plugged in or unplugged. I complaint about faulty windows on day 1. Amazon failed to provide service then generated return. Return agent rejected the return. Again I complaint to Amazon. It's 14th day from which I have paid ₹ 40k to Amazon but I don't get my product serviced or my money back. I am not going to buy any product again from Amazon. Pros & Cons of Laptop : Pros : i5 1235u with IPS display @ 40k Cons : Faulty windows & battery + M.2 Sata SSD instead of NVMe SSD. Enter key missing on numpad. Heat vent to screen side. Please save your ₹ 40k & go for better.
