The issue is not resolved..I have been given wrong product and charged more.. the product given to me is the DOS and doesn't have OS .. wrong specifications in the ad.. I have to pay money again to get the OS system added.. total wast of money and time with in contacting your service as NO ONE HELPED with the technical support that I have requested many time and with each and every person that I spoke with.. min 2 ppl in a day for 2 weeks.. I'm at a loss in purchasing this product.
