Pathetic in terms of customer satisfaction this time.. (-3)
Product is pretty good as it is from HP (4* ).. However pathetic service from the seller and Flipkart. Seller charged a Delivery charge of Rs.185. But when the product reached my city, I received an SMS from Flipkart asking me to collect the item from the pickup hub which was 12kms from my address. After calling the Customer care regarding the same and having no other choice, I visited the hub only to find it closed. This could have been avoided if Flipkart customer care had updated me. I checked with the customer care for the hub contact no which they did not have and they were unable to confirm me when the hub would be opened next. But amazingly the next day product arrived at my address which made me feel that the flipkart delivery and flipkart customer care live in two different worlds. Pathetic in terms of customer satisfaction this time.. (-3) * points. No other option to rate the seller so had to mention it here

There was an Heating issue identified post 2 days of purchase. The Seller (Mega Computers) did not respond appropriately to Flipkart and had to go through a lot. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. He sells all refurbished products. Flipkart had been supportive and resolved the issue by refunding me.

1-fast charging, 2-looks good and slim , 3- weight is low, 4- speed is good using from 3 month still no hang, 5-fabric is good, 6- i am programmer it gives more 5-6 hours battery backup one this a bag should be free with it so i cut 1 star otherwise laptop is very good in this price.
