1. This laptop out of the box comes with windows 11, 2. SSD with harddisk, 3. SSD help to boot fast and smooth. 4. AMD ryzen 3 good and 8gp ram keep file memory. 5. Battery backup quite good and 65w charger help to charge fast. 6. Full hd display bright and clean viewing angle good 7. This laptop speaker sound loud and clear 8. Keyboard very smooth and help to fast typing but no keyboard backlight 9. Ports: charging port, 2 USB ,1 SD card, 1 Ethernet, 1 HDMI, 1 Type C, 1 3.5mm jack ports available. 10. Look and design like premium and light weight. 11. Wifi internet connection good, blutooth contact well. 12. HP quick drop helps to file sharing. 13. MS office 2019 comes with lifetime it's good. Negative: 1.Not to much of Multi-tasking it's hang and stuck. 2. Battery too fast drain heavy use. 3. More software install feel system slow. 4. Within weeks performance down. 5. While I have purchased the laptop and is really sleek / good operationally BUT the letters on the silver keypad are not visible or we need to strain in-order to identify the keys. There is no key pad light provision which makes it more challenging
