Display Quality and Sound is so poor is not so Good. Its Value for money product but i disappointed abt Its Display quality and sound . its not so good. Its not come with Driver's hp cd/dvd. One more think only Win 8 and Win10 support. not for Win 7. Apart frm that its Budget laptop.

HP 15Core i3 and Flipkart deliver service support
Product arrived as per estimated dates. Packaging was alright. Product is as expected. Drivers CD is missing. I Checked with the HP customer care and got a confirmation that the user manual and the drivers CD is usually shipped with in the box with the laptop but in case if not received you may download the drivers from HP website. Due to frequent internet disconnect, it is very difficult to download all the drivers needed at once. Flipkart after sales service is extremely poor. I Tried to raise written complaint via website and mobile app but failed as i kept receiving error that their services are down. I noticed the other option to receive callback but that also didn't worked.
