The product was delivered prior to the scheduled delivery date. Thanks to the retailer. This is a good laptop in this price range, although RAM upgrade is a must neeeded. The warranty of the product was not updated and it was showing 3 months of warranty left on HP portal. I had to follow up with HP customer care to update the warranty. Thanks to Flipkart customer care for the support during that period for addressing my queries and concerns.
