Extremely satisfied with this laptop. Pros Stunning looks Easy to carry Fingerprint sensor SSD Hard Disk Good Build Amazing Color Does most of the tasks required for business (Cant handle difficult task) Battery back up on economical usage can be up to 6 Hours. USB C port allows charging. Keyboard is well laid out. Display is alright. Feels very premium. Cons Slow Processor (i3 Seventh Generation) Low RAM (4GB DDR$) (Can be upgraded from aftermarket for 3750 for 8GB DDR4 and it wont void the warranty) Storage is extremely low (30-40 GB is used by the operating system), Can be upgraded by putting an SD card of 128 GB. All in all: It feels like an entry-level Mac running windows. Just add an 8 GB RAM and an SD card and it easily the best laptop in this price segment. Bought this for 31K and its worth every penny.

my primary reason to chose this laptop was it capability to upgrade it to 32GB of ddr4 ram. I believe it's one of the laptop which comes with 13.3 inches screen and have ability to go up to 32gb of ram. trust me it improves overall performance lot. keep it in mind that this core i3 processor have only 2 cores so there is delay in response, specially if you do multi tasking. also, heavy video usage like, watching CCTV camera view on it or full HD video also put fan to run fast as there is enhancement of heating. lookswise its 5 star out of 5 , its really give a expensive laptop looks. I really miss RJ45 (lan port) in it. apart from that install a Intel WiFi chip in it, for better coverage and wifi strength. which cost only 1100/- bucks. I bought it for 31K and at this price it's really a steal. thanks so much Flipkart for one time delivery and excellent product with great discounts!! kudos to flipkart.

Flipkart fooling Indians.
Ok, bought this Dell laptop during a Diwali sale event. Decently priced at 36 k. Specs looked ok-full HD, 128 SSD, windows and office preloaded. Right from the start noted that laptop would randomly crash. Informed customer support, which advised me to contact Dell customer support. I did that and Dell tried to troubleshoot the problem remotely. No difference in laptop performance. I informed customer care again and they scheduled a Dell technician on site visit, and nobody came. I waited and again informed customer care, again nobody came. In all I tried to call Flipkart+Dell customer care at least 100 times. Each time I asked to be put in touch with a senior manager, they assured that the case was a high priority etc etc. according to flipkart they needed a report from Dell that the laptop was indeed at fault. Dell-it’s impossible to get anything sane out of them. After finally wasting numerous hours on the phone, I gave up. I am a busy surgeon and am sorely pressed for time. This Laptop still crashes randomly. I have learnt not to buy laptops from flipkart because they don’t give hoot about the customer. I have learnt not to buy Dell because laptops are not built to their earlier standards.
