Fake product dont buy
Never buy any product from this seller and Filpkart. As mentioned in the specifications it is not having 2 memory slots and it is not upgradable upto 12GB. This is stated by Asus only. After 10 days since I bought this, I had been to Asus service center to upgrade memory, they opened and said it has only 1 slot so we can not insert one more RAM. to Confirm this they got confirmation from concerned Asus people and said you have been cheated by Flipkart. Then I asked Flipkarts customer service people and they said we will get back to you by 7th June. today I have pinged them and asking for status, they told we got brand confirmation that this model does not have 2 memory slots and seller is not accepting your request as return policy has ended. As I could see laptop outerlook, brand name and model no etc which are visible to me, and everything is fine as mentioned and shown. If I had purchased from any offline store I can go and ask them but these flipkart people irresponsibly saying that they can't do anything. They never bother about what they did wrong. Simply cheating customers. Dont buy anyhting from this seller and flipkart. I am going to file a complaint against Seller and Flipkart.

laptop isn't working well,take time when we open laptop and if we start it, it automatically presses and takes zero for PIN and says wrong PIN, key board not working properly,if we press a button once it takes multiple times. if we open adobe photoshop it sharts shaking of contents on screen and I'm unhappy with the purchase....Better go for Dell or HP
