Terrific purchase
Had some troubles initially but after updating everything... everything is fine and dandy. Build quality is sturdy but not so heavily. Does not feel fragile and laptop lid top is metal (rest plastic). CPU is powerful with little to no lag. DDR5 RAM 16GB is enough for most games but it's better to upgrade to 16+16. MUX switch makes gaming a smooth experience. Getting 300+ fps in Valorant. Keyboard is anti-ghosting. Office is provided, along with McAfee and Xbox Game Pass trials. Aura lighting and sync are quite nice and on-board GPU is also great. Accessories provided were a decent webcam, a very smooth gaming mouse and a huuuge mouse pad (which overflows on my table). Charger is 15A not 5. Adjusted well to the neon pink theme (check pics). Cons: - Keyboard is TKL design and mouse has DPI button at the bottom (weeeeeird) so only 5 not 6 programmable buttons (using build in Aura) - 15A charger charges well, but USB charging is not that good unless you have 100W (maximum limit) charger
