Decent purchase, i dont know why Acer provides dvds in box when there is no dvd reader ,also no user manual in box , design looks good but build quality is very very poor ,build looks very weak , display is good,speed is decent ,i played asphalt 8 on it nicely work though very minor frame drops were there.

Product is good but Flipkart Support is horrible
Product is good but once you order the product and if you find any defective , then it will be difficult to get replaced. Right now am facing issue and noticed horizontal line on the screen and acer technician visited my home and done with laptop check . As per his technical summary , part need to replace . I have shared this detail with Support and after that no update and they just simply providing ETA ie 24 to 48 hrs. I just want support should understand the concern and provide valuable support to every customer. Also Flipkart product tracker should provide accurate details and not to show case some thing being tracked and actually Flipkart 1st line support are referring this and this is clearly misleading and creating frustration.
