I purchased this kailash gas geyser, but it has not been working properly from the beginning. I contacted customer service, and a technician visited, but the issue was not resolved. When I tried to contact him again, he did not respond and switched off his phone. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. I am very disappointed with the product quality and after-sales support. I request immediate resolution of the issue or a replacement/refund under warranty.
