Very poor. Avoid Fitbit Products. Inaccurate and unreliable
I bought this in Mar 2020. While Fitbit Charge 3 is certainly waterproof and comfortable to wear, it has not been giving accurate results since the time i bought it. Definitely the step count and distance covered is out of sync. But since this morning even the touch screen has stopped responding. I can only seen the initial clockface ie. Time, Date, Steps walked and heart rate. Unable to swipe to any other screen. The charge 2 , though not water proof was much better. Not sure if the company will replace the fitbit. The company did replace it with another Charge 3, which also packed up in 6 months. Then they replaced it with a charge 4, which packed up in 15 months. Now they say that warranty period exceeded by 3 months so no replacement and no repairs.
