Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Spotted With Pop-up Selfie camera and Truly Bezel-less Screen: Expected Launch In July

Following Vivo Nex and Oppo Find X footsteps, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 appears to be all set to boasts of a pop-up front camera. As per the latest Mi Mix 3 leak, the phone to come with a bezel-less display and a sliding camera on the front. This Mi Mix 3 news is based on the images that have been revealed by Chinese site Smartplay site which were later reposted by Slashleaks.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Features

As per the leak, the Mi Mix 3 won’t be joining the notch brigade as it appears to have no chin at the top and at the bottom. The Oppo’s Find X and Vivo’s Nex S upcoming challenger from Xiaomi is rumoured to house a 5.99-inch display on the front.

If the images are true, the Mi Mix 3 could come with a screen-to-body ratio more than 90 per cent like its compatriots – Oppo and Vivo. Images also indicate the presence of a ‘retractable’ selfie camera module on the Mi Mix 3 if its true, Xiaomi will be finally able to fix awkwardly placed bottom mounted selfie camera.

The Mi Mix 3 maybe sport an AMOLED sourced from Samsung as the phone is expected to feature in-display fingerprint sensor. However, the Mi Mix 3 might be missing 3D facial recognition feature which Xiaomi implemented in its Mi 8 Explorer edition. The phone is expected to feature dual-rear cameras at the rear, which will be vertically stacked and will include a LED flash between the lenses. As per a post on a telegram group called XiaomiUI, the Mi Mix 3 will be running on MIUI 10. The phone is expected to rock a Snapdragon 845 Chipset and could be offered with 6GB or 8GB of RAM.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Release Date and India Launch

Xiaomi is expected to release the Mi Max 3 in the month of July. Having said that, there is no offical confirmation from Xioami’s side as of now.
