First, the phone will ship with a fake leather finish, which could be some form of vegan leather. Second, the phone will ship with a glass back, which could feature a glossy or matte finish, depending on the phone’s design language. Last but not least, the company could manufacture the phone with a ceramic back too.

Hence, by ensuring that its upcoming flagship offers all the options, the company is looking forward to grabbing a decent percentage of the market. For instance, the Galaxy S24 Ultra features a matte finish, while the OnePlus 12 comes in the Flowy Emerald (marble-like) finish.
