Xiaomi earlier confirmed that it will launch the Xiaomi 13 Series smartphones globally during the MWC 2023. The Xiaomi 13 series was first launched in China last year and wherein the series included 2 smartphones- Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. The smartphones are now not only confirmed to launch globally but also in India. Xiaomi 13 Pro version was recently spotted on the BIS website which confirmed the India launch and now the brand has confirmed that Xiaomi 13 Pro will come to the country on February 26. Now, the selling platform has been confirmed too.

Xiaomi 13 Pro Specs

Since the device has already been launched in China, the specs for the Indian variant are also likely to be the same. If this turns out to be true, then Xiaomi 13 Pro will sport a 6.73-inch LTPO E6 AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution. It will have a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1900 nits brightness, Dolby Vision, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It will run MIUI 14 on top of the latest Android 13 OS out of the box.

In terms of camera, the Xiaomi 13 Pro will feature a triple camera setup at the back, including a 50MP Sony IMX989 primary lens with a 1-inch sensor and OIS, 50MP ultrawide angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera. The front will have a 32MP selfie camera.

The smartphone will pack a 4820mAh battery under the hood with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging along with 10W reverse wireless charging as well. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, WiFi, 5G, 4G, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and more. It has an IP68 rating and might come in Ceramic Black, Ceramic White, Ceramic Green, and Mountain Blue colorways.

China saw Xiaomi 13 Pro also coming in various limited edition colorways, these included Flame Red, Sapphire Blue, Cement Gray, Hurricane Yellow, and Jungle Green. Chances are less that Xiaomi will bring these limited edition colorways to India, but more will be known when the smartphone actually launched on February 26.
