Vivo Y97 with waterdrop notch, dual rear cameras launched

Vivo has launched Vivo Y97 smartphone today in China. Key features within Vivo Y97 comprise a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED waterdrop notch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels, and octa-core Helio P60 (MT6771) processor. You can also see it as a MediaTek powered version of Vivo V11 Pro.

Vivo Y97 Features

The phone features a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with waterdrop notch, 1920 x 1200p, and is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Helio P60 (MT6771) chipset, along with 4GB RAM + 128GB internal memory unit. The memory in Vivo Y97 is expandable upto 256GB with microSD.

As for optics, Vivo’s latest smartphone combines a 16MP main camera with a 2MP secondary camera on the rear and houses a  16MP selfie camera. The phone has face unlock feature and IR sensor to unlock the phone during low-light conditions.

The mobile will feature Android 8.1 Oreo OS with company’s proprietary skin and a 3240mAh battery unit. The phone measures 155.97 x 75.63 x 8.1mm and weighs 162.4 grams.

Vivo Y97 Price

Vivo Y97 costs 1,998 Yuan (Rs. 21,138 approx) and is now available in the Chinese market in Colour options Starry Night Black, Dream Powder (Pink), and Aurora Blue.
