Vivo X70 Pro, X70 Pro+ With Gimble Cameras and 120Hz screen Launched in India: Price, Specs

Vivo X70 Series

Vivo has launched its new flagship X70 series in India. The series includes Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro, and Vivo X70 Pro Plus but for now only X70 Pro and X70 Pro Plus are coming to India, Vivo X70 will arrive later.  Vivo has continued its partnership with Zeiss as a result of which the camera lenses on all phones will now sport a new Zeiss T* lens coating to ensure more natural images and reduced glares. Let us have a look at what each of these smartphones has to offer.

Vivo X70 Pro Specs

X70 Pro comes with Media Tek Dimensity 1200 SoC with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage capacity. As this entire series is specially designed for photography, X70 Pro comes with a 50MP primary sensor, two 12MP lenses, and an 8MP periscope lens. Gimbal Stabilization is available in a 50MP lens though all 4 cameras have Zeiss T* coating along with dedicated Portrait modes, Pro Cinematic Mode, and a new Real-time extreme night vision mode.

The device packs a 4450mAh battery under the hood with 44W Flash charge fast charging support and a 32MP selfie camera for videos and selfies. It has a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 2376 x 1080-pixel resolution. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz and uses an “all-new fluorite AG coating” to ensure a smooth surface that is smudge-free. X70 series also has a 3D curved display and will come in two colors- Aurora Dawn and Cosmic Black.

Vivo X70 Pro Plus Specs

Vivo X70 Pro Plus

X70 Pro Plus has a bigger 6.78-inch UHD+ AMOLED display with a pixel resolution of 1440 x 3200 and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz and is powered by Snapdragon 888+ which is an upgrade over the 888 processor on Vivo’s X60 Pro Plus.

One major upgrade in this one is with regards to the camera as it now has a 50MP primary camera, 48MP wide-angle camera, 12MP portrait camera, and an 8MP periscope lens which offers up to 5x optical zoom and 60x superzoom. It also supports OIS along with the 50MP lens having Gimbal stabilization technology. Vivo has launched X70 Pro Plus with its V1 Imaging chip that claims to ensure better camera and gaming performance. The device packs a 4500mAh battery under the hood with a 55W fast charging support and a 50W Wireless Flash Charge fast charging support. The Flash Charger is being sold separately for Rs. 4490.

Vivo X70 Pro Plus

Vivo is launching only 1 variant of the X70 Pro Plus smartphone that is 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage capacity for Rs. 79,990. It will be available in a single Enigma Black color and goes on sale on October 7.
