Vivo India has tweeted about the launch of Vivo V19 which reveals that the company is all set to unveil the successor of Vivo V17 on 26th March. Though it is still not clear if there will be a proper event or an online-only unveiling due to ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. The Chinese firm had earlier launched Vivo V19 in Indonesia a couple of days back and we are expecting the phone to launch in India with better specs. The Vivo V19 will have a dual punch-hole display making it Vivo’s first device of this kind.

Vivo V19 Features

The official banner suggests that Vivo V19 will hold an L-shaped quad rear camera with an LED flash and a dual front camera at the right corner. One can find an in-display fingerprint sensor under the AMOLED screen of the phone. As of now, two-color variants of smartphones are visible in the poster.

Talking about the specs of Vivo V19, the company has not yet revealed anything more. Few speculations can be made on the basis of the phone launched in Indonesia which has Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 AIE processor. Its Indian variant might launch with an updated chipset, probably Qualcomm Snapdragon 720. For a futuristic look, Vivo will be providing a 6.44 inches FHD+ screen with bionic technology. Vivo V19 is expected to come in 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.

As all V-series flagships, the upcoming V19 will be a camera-centric smartphone that will focus on improvements in low-light photography. This fact can be deduced from the official teaser as well.

The rear quad camera will include a 48MP primary camera, 8MP super wide-angle camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP bokeh camera. The front camera will capture with its 32MP and 8MP sensors. Vivo will also add its exclusive Dual-Engine Fast Charging capability for V19’s 4500mAh battery.
