Vivo S1 (review) has launched brandishing Style element in India. Unlike the recently launched Z1 Pro, this one has an AMOLED display and MediaTek chipset. The list of attractions lines up a copious 4500mAh battery, up to 128GB of storage, triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 32MP selfie shooter.

Vivo S1 Features

Vivo S1 packs a large 4500mAh battery and still manages to maintain a slim and light form factor. To refill it, Vivo gives an 18W fast charging support. It is engined by Helio P65 chipset, aided by 64/128GB of storage space and 4/6gigs of RAM. You get Android Pie with Vivo’s custom skin i.e. Funtouch OS 9.0 that also has a system-wide dark mode.

Vivo uses a gradient finish on the back wherein lies the phone’s AI-equipped triple rear cameras. Although it doesn’t boast super megapixel sensors, a wide-angle sensor and a depth-sensing unit are part of the pack.

The AMOLED display with a DCI P3 98% color gamut, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a waterdrop notch is a notable element of the S1.

Vivo S1 comes out in Skyline Blue and Diamond Black color.

Rest, you get a 32MP selfie camera, micro USB port, Reverse charging, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and Dual-band Wi-Fi.

Vivo S1 India Price and Availability

Vivo S1 launched in India

Unlike the Z1 Pro (review), the newly launched S1 is targeted for the offline market. The Vivo S1 is priced at Rs. 17,990 for 4GB RAM plus 128GB storage variant, followed by Rs. 18,990 for 6GB RAM plus 64GB storage edition and lastly Rs. 19,990 for 6GB plus 128GB storage model.

As part of the initial launch offers, customers can avail 7.5% cashback on EMIs using HDFC cards, Rs. 2500 Paytm Cashback when the pay in shops using Paytm, Jio discount vouchers worth Rs. 10,000, and 10% additional exchange Value by Instacash.

The base variant will start selling from tomorrow i.e. 08 August 2019, soon to be followed by the other two variants.
