Samsung Galaxy A32 now comes with ‘RAM Plus’ feature and 8GB of RAM in India

Samsung Galaxy A32 has been launched in an 8GB RAM model in the country. Earlier the device was available in a 6GB SKU only. Both these variants come with 128GB of onboard storage. However, it’s not just about more memory rather, Galaxy A32 also gets a RAM Plus feature in this release. Let’s get into what those are and the rest of the A32’s repertoire now.

Samsung Galaxy A32 and the RAM Plus feature

RAM Plus is the virtual/expandable RAM feature that you must have come across in other smartphones lately. It basically lets you convert up to 4GB of internal storage like RAM. This virtual RAM is on top of the actual memory variant you get out of the box.

Speaking of which, Galaxy A32 can now be bought in a 6GB or 8GB RAM model, both of which couple 128GB of storage. The latter can be further expanded up to 1TB using a micro-SD card.

Rest, internally, the device holds MediaTek Helio G80 SoC and a 5000mAh battery. The device supports 15W fast charging.

In the camera department, you’ll be getting a 64MP main camera by the back accompanied by an 8MP 123° ultrawide snapper, a 5MP macro module, and a 5MP depth shooter. The front camera is a 20MP snapper residing within a waterdrop notch.

The notch lies in a 6.4-inch sAMOLED screen. The panel sports FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint reader.

Other things in the mix are dual 4G LTE, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.

Samsung Galaxy A32 Price and Availability

You can purchase the Galaxy A32’s 8GB edition at ₹23,499 in three colors viz. Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, and Awesome Violet. It will be available from Samsung.com as well as major online and offline retailers.

Meanwhile, the lower trim Galaxy A32 with 6GB RAM currently retails at around ₹21,999.
