The 2022 lineup of Samsung soundbars starts at Rs 24,990. Selected models of Samsung Q-series, S-series soundbars offer Wireless Dolby Atmos.

Samsung, a leading consumer electronics brand, has launched its Soundbar lineup for the year 2022. The World Music Day 2022 saw the company unveiling the ‘Q’ and ‘S’ series of soundbars that come with the world’s first built-in Wireless Dolby Atmos for a seamless Samsung TV to soundbar connection. While the ‘Q’ Series is a flagship one, the ‘S’ series is more of a lifestyle one.

Q & S Series 2022 Soundbars: Price & Availability

The new Q Series Soundbars come in 5 models- Q990B, Q930B, Q800B, Q700B and Q600B. Their price starts at Rs. 31,990.

The S Series Soundbars come in 2 models- S801B and S61B. The price starts at Rs. 24,990.

Both the line-ups will be up for grabs via Samsung’s official online store, Samsung retail stores, and online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart from 21st June 2022.

Samsung Q Series 2022 Soundbars: Specs & Features

The Q Series soundbars are made for the Samsung Neo QLED and QLED TVs. They come with wireless Dolby atmos connection that will allow your TV and soundbar to connect wirelessly over WiFi without any lags or delays.

The soundbars come with support for the Q-Symphony feature which means one can use the soundbar along with the TV’s built-in speakers to maximize the 3D sound effect of the setup. The soundbars also feature Space Fit Sound Advance technology that will optimize the sound of the soundbar depending on the size of your room.

Q990B

Q990B Model

It comes with a new design and an upgraded bass with an 11.1.4 channel to give strong sound quality. It comes with one subwoofer channel, 4 firing up channels, and 2 wireless rear speakers for an immersive Dolby Atmos and DTS-X experience.

Q930B

Q930B Model

It has a metal design, rear speakers, and a 9.1.4 channel to give an immersive surround sound experience.

Q800B

Q800B Model

It has speakers added to it with an upgraded design and a 5.1.2 channel surround sound system.

Q700B

Q700B Model

It has top firing speakers which give an immersive overhead sound with a 3.1.2 channel surround sound system and it will be able to work with Alexa and Google as well.

Q600B

Q600B Model

This one has an advanced design and supports HDMI eARC connection with Q Symphony Gen II audio experience. This will have an acoustic beam technology that mixes and delivers the sound. It is perfect for watching moves and gaming.

The S Series Soundbars focus on occupying less space. There are 2 models in this series.

S801B

S801B Model

It is the world’s thinnest soundbar with just 39.99mm depth. It comes with a 3.1.2 channel surround sound setup and has built-in support for Alexa, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Virtual:X Audio.

S61B

S61B Model

This soundbar comes with a 5.0 channel surround sound setup with support for wireless Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X Audio. It supports the Q-Symphony and can be used as a companion speaker or a standalone speaker with support for hi-res audio. It is compact and can fit into any space. It comes with support for Alexa Voice Assist, Tap View, or Airplay.
