- First of all, open the ‘My Jio’ app in your smartphone
- As soon as the app opens, you’ll find your account balance at the top of the screen. If you have not recharged your account (the Jio Summer Surprise or ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan’ offers won’t count), your account balance would be zero.
- In order to obtain information regarding your Jio account such as the currently active plan, data balance, SMS balance, and also the validity, you need to tap on the Menu button at the top left corner.
- If you open the My Plans option (second in the list), you will be able to access the information regarding your account’s currently active plan, data balance, SMS balance, and also the validity.
