Reliance Jio Reveals New Attractive Plans For Prepaid and Postpaid Users

There appears to no stopping the Reliance Jio bandwagon. The Mukesh Ambani-led company has brought out yet another set of new, attract plans for its customers (Jio Monsoon surprise) under its currently prevailing Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. (हिंदी में पढ़ें)

Keeping in view the competition from the companies like Airtel, the Indian company has chosen to extend the validity of its existing packages whilst not tampering with the daily FUP limit, which is pretty reminiscent of what they did earlier, too.

Coming to the changes, there has been sizeable changes in the present offers in terms of Postpaid and Prepaid connections. Also, these are available only to the Jio Prime members and come with unlimited SMS and voice calling facilities.

Prepaid

  • Rs. 399 plan – Validity tripled ( 28 days to 84 days), 1GB/ Day 4G data. This plan will now make the most sense for average consumers.
  • Rs. 309, Rs. 349, Rs. 509 – Validity doubled
  • Rs. 999, Rs. 1999, Rs. 4999, Rs. 9999 Plans – Validity increased by 30 days

Postpaid

  • Rs. 399 plan Bill cycle increased from 1 month to 3 months (tripled)
  • Rs. 309, Rs. 349, Rs. 509, Rs. 999 – Bill cycle duration doubled.

Reliance Jio New Prepaid Plans

For the prepaid ones, the validity for the recharges amounting to Rs. 309, Rs. 349 and Rs. 509 have been doubled from the original 28 days to 56 days, while the Rs. 399 recharge’s validity has been increased to thrice its original value (28 days to 84 days).

For the recharges amounting to relatively higher amounts (Rs. 999, Rs, 1,999, Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 9,999), the validity has been increased by 30 days in each individual case. Under these, there is no FUP, and you can use as much data as you want in a single data (until you reach the maximum limit, that is).

Reliance Jio New Postpaid Plans

For the postpaid recharges, a similar change has been initiated, wherein all of the offers will have an increased 2 months of validity as opposed to the original duration (1 month to 2 month). However, just like in the case of the Rs. 399 prepaid offer, the validity of the Rs. 399 offer here too, has been increased to thrice its original duration (1 month to 3 months).

Well, the company is now billing the Rs. 349 plan(s) as the most attractive one(s) out of the lot (both postpaid as well as prepaid), making them something that most average consumers will be opting for, in the coming few months.
