Redmi Note 14 series India Launch Set for 9th December

After days of teasing, Xiaomi India is all set to launch the Redmi Note 14 series phones in India next month. The company took to social media, to reveal the 9th December launch date.

To recall, the Redmi Note 14 series is already available in China in three variants: the Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro, and the top-tier Redmi Note 14 Pro+. All three phones are expected to debut in India with specifications mostly similar to their Chinese counterparts.

Redmi Note 14 5G: Specifications

The Redmi Note 14 5G boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2100 nits peak brightness, HDR10+ support, SGS Eye Protection certification, TUV Rheinland certification, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

The smartphone runs on Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS custom skin and houses a 5110mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging. The rear camera setup comprises a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, there’s a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls. Additional features include an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G: Specifications

The Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, SGS Eye Protection certification, Dolby Vision, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, a 2560Hz instant touch response rate, TUV Rheinland certification, and 1920Hz PWM dimming. Under the hood, it packs a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage.

This model also runs Android 14 with HyperOS and is equipped with a 5500mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging. Its rear camera setup consists of a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. A 20MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls. The Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G boasts IP64, IP68, and IP69 ratings for enhanced dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G: Specifications

Mirroring the Note 14 Pro, the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G also sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ 1.5K AMOLED screen with the same specifications, including a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. However, it is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, with up to 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and an Adreno GPU.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus

The phone runs Android 14 with HyperOS and packs a larger 6200mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging. Its rear camera setup is even more impressive, featuring a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens. For selfies, it has a 20MP front-facing camera. The Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G also offers IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
