Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G Confirmed to feature MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra Chipset

Last week, Xiaomi India confirmed the launch date for the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus series to be January 4, 2024. The Redmi Note 13 Series has already been launched in China and now in India, the series will reportedly include 3 smartphones- Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Xiaomi has been laying specific emphasis on the top-end Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G smartphone and has called it a #SuperNote. A microsite also went live that announced the dates when the details about the Note 13 Pro Plus will be revealed.

Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G: Confirmed Features

As promised, Xiaomi India has shared some information about the design and specs of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G. The biggest update is that the Note 13 Pro Plus will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset. The chipset was launched in September 2023 and Redmi Note 13 Series was the first to feature this SoC when it went official in China.

Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset is an octa-core SoC that supports a 200MP camera, 144Hz refresh rate displays, 4K videos, 5G model, and much more. It features 6x Cortex 510 cores and 2x Cortex A715 cores.

Xiaomi has also confirmed Fusion Design for the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G. Color variants have also been confirmed- Fusion Black, Fusion Purple, and Fusion White. The live page has a constantly moving puzzle-like image of the device, taking a proper screenshot of it and posting it on X (along with Xiaomi India tagged) will give you a chance to win a Super Note device.
