Redmi Note 11T 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset and 90Hz screen goes official in India

Ever since Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 11 5G in China, there were reports that the company will bring the smartphone to India by rebranding it as Redmi Note 11T 5G. Today, the company has officially launched Redmi Note 11T 5G in India via a virtual event. Read on to know more about its price, availability, and specs.

Redmi Note 11T 5G Price & Availability

Redmi Note 11T 5G has been launched in 3 storage variants. As an introductory offer, the company is offering a discount of Rs. 1000. There’s also Rs. 1000 instant discount with ICICI Bank Credit cards and EMI.

  • 6GB RAM+64GB storage- Rs. 16,999 available at a discounted price of Rs. 14,999
  • 6GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 17,999 available at a discounted price of Rs. 15,999
  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 19,999 available at a discounted price of Rs. 17,999

The sale will begin on December 7 at noon. The smartphone will be available on Amazon, mi.com, Mi Home, and Redmi’s retail stores.

It is available in 3 color variants- Stardust white, Aquamarine Blue and Matte Black.

Redmi Note 11T 5G Specs

The specs of the Redmi Note 11T 5G are similar to Redmi Note 11 5G that was launched in China earlier. It sports a 6.6-inch FHD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset and will run MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.

The smartphone has a chipset with an octa-core processor wherein 2 A76 cores are clocked at 2.4GHz, while the other 6 A55 cores are clocked at 2GHz. GPU G57 MC2 claims to give a good performance at 1068MHz. The smartphone is equipped with ultra-fast UFS 2.2 Storage and RAM Booster which can extend the RAM by 3 GB. Internal storage is expandable up to 1 TB.

The smartphone comes with support for dual SIM 5G connectivity. Redmi has partnered with Reliance Jio for providing a high-quality 5G experience to its consumers.

The smartphone has a dual-camera setup at the back with a 50MP AI primary and 8MP ultrawide sensors. It has a 16MP front camera too with a punch-hole cutout design.

It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for ease of operation, an X-axis linear vibration motor, a reading mode for those who like to read books a lot, sunlight display to adapt screen brightness under the sun. The smartphone has dual speakers and dual mics, an IR blaster, 3.5mm audio jack, and is made in India.

Redmi Note 11T packs a 5000mAh battery which gives 166 hours of music playback, 13 hours of gaming, 29.5 hours of Calling, and 26 hours of video playback. There is a 33W Pro Fast charger in the box that can recharge the device from 0 to 100 in 60 minutes.

The smartphone is protected by Gorilla glass and is IP53 rated for being dust and splash-proof. It also comes with dual graphite sheets for heat dissipation, corrosion-proof ports, and rubberized seals at the edges. 

Redmi Note 11T 5G has achieved an AnTuTu score of 3,55,000+

Redmi’s 4 smartphone crowned as Major Volume Drivers

In unrelated news, Redmi has received a product quality score of 91/100 in the CyberMedia Research Insights on the Go Survey 2021. Its devices Redmi 9A, Redmi 9 Power, Redmi 9, and Redmi Note 10S have been crowned as major volume drivers in the Worldwide Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, July-Sep 2021 edition.

As per Counterpoint Research, Redmi 10T is the most affordable 5G device.
