Redmi 13C Series Features and Specs
Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, offering a maximum of 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS2.2 internal storage. In contrast, the 4G variant of the Redmi 13C retains the same processing power as its predecessor, running on the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, which was also utilized in the Redmi 12C.
The Redmi 13C 5G boasts a sizable 6.74-inch HD+ (1,600 x 720 pixels) LCD display featuring an impressive maximum refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. Operating on MIUI 14, the phone is built on the foundation of Android 13. It incorporates a triple-slot SIM card tray, accommodating two Nano SIM cards and a dedicated slot for a microSD card, supporting capacities of up to 1TB.
In the realm of photography, the Redmi 13C 5G features a dual-camera setup on the rear, with access granted to the user for one of them. The primary camera boasts an impressive 50-megapixel sensor, while the second camera is dedicated to capturing depth information for optimal Portrait mode shots. On the front, the device is equipped with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, residing within a U-shaped (dot drop) notch positioned at the top of the display, to handle all your selfie needs.
On the other hand, Redmi 13C is equipped with a triple rear camera configuration, featuring a high-resolution 50-megapixel primary camera. Complementing this is a 2-megapixel macro camera and a third camera dedicated to depth data capture. For capturing selfies, the device is equipped with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Powering the Redmi 13C series is a robust 5,000mAh battery, a notable upgrade from its predecessor. The device now supports 18W charging, a welcome enhancement. It’s worth noting, though, that Xiaomi includes a 10W charger in the box, requiring buyers interested in the faster charging capability to acquire the 18W charger separately.
