CEO MR. Madhav Seth took to Twitter to officially confirm the launch date, price, new color variants and a custom Spiderman edition. The Realme X is set to launch on July 15 at 12:30 PM. He has shared the price to be roughly around Rs 18,000. The phone had made its homeland debut in May.

Mr. CEO had revealed the Indian availability of special Onion and Garlic edition of the Realme X. Celebrating the upcoming summer blockbuster- Spiderman: Far From Home, a special edition of Realme X would also arrive. Visually speaking, the phone will have a theme including the wallpaper and the icon pack, inspired by Spider-Man. Moreover, the retail box will also include a Spider-Man themed phone case and charger as well.

Realme X Indian edition would be different from the Chinese counterpart. Well, the company is tight-lipped on the differences. However, there are rumors of Realme X wielding Snapdragon 730 chipset. This would be interesting as Redmi K20 also runs on the same SoC.

Realme X (China) highlights
Well, the Realme X Chinese model was powered by Snapdragon 710 chip underneath. The interior also includes upto 8GB of RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage (expandable via microSD card) It draws from a 3,765mAh battery which has 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.

Upfront, this Realme phone adopts a fullscreen display. This is a 6.53-inch OLED panel with FHD resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 91.2% screen to body ratio. A 16MP front camera resides in a pop-up module.
The back cameras include a 48MP shooter paired with a 5MP depth sensor. It carries well to have features like Dolby Atmos support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dual VOLTE nano-SIM slots, USB-C, in-display fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, and GPS.
A Realme Youth edition was also announced with changes in the cameras, display, memory, storage, and battery specs.
