Realme Narzo 70x 5G Launch Date Confirmed: Check Specs And Price Here

The Chinese consumer tech brand Realme has been on a smartphone launching spree this year. Having launched six smartphones since January, the brand is now gearing up to reveal two more mid-rangers in India. While we don’t know much about the Realme C65 5G, the launch date and specifications of the Narzo 70x 5G (via the microsite) are now official.

Realme Narzo 70x 5G Release Date

Realme India has confirmed the Narzo 70x 5G launch on April 24, 2024, at 12 PM IST.

According to the official microsite, the handset will feature a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging. According to the company, it will offer the fastest charging rate under Rs. 12,000.

This should surely help the brand position the smartphone against competitors, including models like Moto G54 5G, which supports 33W wired charging, and Galaxy F15 5G, which supports 25W wired charging.

Further, the handset’s charging speed is faster than that of its predecessor, the Narzo 60x 5G. The microsite also reveals that the phone will have a 120Hz display and an IP54 water—and dust-resistant rating. Unfortunately, this is the extent of the information available about the Realme Narzo 70x 5G from official sources.

The Narzo 70x 5G Could Be Based On The Realme P1 5G

Some reports suggest that the handset will be based on the recently launched Realme P1 5G. To provide context, the P1 5G ships with a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen, runs on the Dimensity 7050 SoC, and features up to 8GB of RAM. Regarding optics, the smartphone has a 50MP primary camera (with a secondary depth sensor) and a 16MP selfie shooter.

However, instead of 6GB of RAM on the base variant, the Realme Narzo 70x 5G could ship with 4GB of RAM (with 128GB of storage). This should lower the price to around Rs. 12,000. It is important to mention that the effective price of the smartphone could include a bank offer, details about which aren’t available at the moment.

Nonetheless, the smartphone will be available via Amazon and Realme’s official website. More details should surface on the internet before the launch on April 24, 2024.
