As September dawns upon us, Sony unveils its fresh lineup of monthly games for PlayStation Plus. Subscribers to PlayStation Plus can look forward to the opportunity to access exciting new titles each month, with these games becoming a permanent part of their library as long as their subscription remains active. These September monthly games will be up for grabs, ready for download, from Monday, September 5th, through to October 2nd.
In addition, Sony has revealed plans to implement a price hike for PlayStation Plus 12-month subscriptions on a global scale, impacting all available benefit plans. This adjustment is scheduled to commence on September 6th. Notably, current 12-month subscribers will not experience the price increase until their forthcoming renewal date, which falls on or after November 6th.
The gaming roster for this month boasts a trio of titles: Saints Row, Black Desert – Traveler Edition, and Generation Zero. These exciting games will be at the fingertips of PS Plus members, ready for download starting September 5th.
Saints Row
Saints Row, developed by Volition and released in 2022, initially faced a lukewarm reception. The game belongs to the Saints Row series, known for its expansive open worlds that offer both main story missions and a plethora of side activities. The core gameplay mechanics revolve around driving and shooting, enriched by elements of role-playing.
Black Desert – Traveler Edition
Black Desert, crafted by Pearl Abyss, stands as an MMORPG renowned for its high-energy PvE action, expansive PvP siege wars, and a diverse array of character classes and combat styles for players to hone their expertise in. Beyond its dynamic gameplay, the world of Black Desert offers players an extensive selection of pursuits, including commerce, fishing, horse training, alchemy, cooking, and gathering.
Generation Zero
Generation Zero seamlessly weaves a narrative of mechanical menace into the tranquil Swedish countryside, compelling players to both resist and unravel the enigma shrouding their world. The game unfolds within an alternate 1989 Sweden, a nation under the dominion of ruthless robotic overlords. These mechanical adversaries span the gamut from diminutive surveillance drones to towering behemoths.
