Last month, Amazon Prime Video confirmed the arrival of the 4th season of its original series Panchayat in July. Later on, the streaming date was announced to be 2nd July, but then came a fun twist. The OTT Streaming Platform started a fun contest on its social media page about fans voting to get the show released earlier than announced. The campaign seems to have worked as Amazon just confirmed a new release date for Panchayat Season 4, and it is a week earlier than what was announced. Instead of 2nd July, Panchayat Season 4 is now arriving on 24th June, much to the delight of the fans.

Amazon Prime Video launched an interactive campaign wherein fans had to vote for their preferred candidate through a link in the promo via which influenced not only the fictional outcome of the Phulera election but also when the new season would arrive. The options were
- Manju Devi vows to release the show before 2nd July if she wins
- Kranti Devi promises to get an even earlier release date if she wins.
This blended fiction with fan engagement as fans started picking sides to vote, and as promised, the campaign brought in an earlier release date for the show. Sources claim that the buzz after the first teaser encouraged makers to pre-pone the release date.

Since the show is arriving earlier, the trailer has dropped today. The trailer focuses on Manju Devi Vs Kranti Devi for Phulera Election, creating a genuine suspense about the outcome while promising the kind of rural political commentary that the show is known for. The show will see the return of Jitendra Kumar aka Sachiv Ji, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Mallik, Chandan Roy, Sanvikaa, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, and Pankaj Jha.
It has been produced by TVF (The Viral Fever) and created by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Chandan Roy. Writing has been done by Chandan Kumar too. The show is directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijaywargiya.
