The OPPO K13 5G is expected to feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ flat OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It’s rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, a 4nm SoC with one prime core at 2.3 GHz, three performance cores at 2.2 GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.8 GHz.

For photography, the K13 5G is expected to sport a dual-camera setup: a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary lens, likely for depth sensing, paired with a 16MP front camera. The device is tipped to pack a massive 7,000 mAh battery (potentially even 7,100 mAh) with 80W fast charging, outpacing the vivo T4x’s 6,500mAh battery and 44W charging in the same price range.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and a weight of 208g. It’s expected to run ColorOS 15 on Android 15, with an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
