Oppo launched the next-gen Oppo Find N2 Flip in China on December 15 last year. The flip-style foldable phone made its debut in China and not globally. Cut to now, the Chinese smartphone maker has officially confirmed that it will launch the Oppo Find N2 Flip globally in London on February 15. The event will mark Oppo’s first foldable smartphone out of its hometown.

Oppo Find N2 Flip To Debut Globally – When & Where

Talking about the launch event, it will be held straight up on YouTube via live stream from London on February 15th at 15:30 CET, 6:30 AM PST, and 20:00 IST.

Oppo is all set to launch the Find N2 Flip globally. It will compete against Motorola Razr and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 which has primarily dominated the global markets ever since. With the new entrant on the global markets, these makers will see tough competition against the second-gen N2 Flip foldable phone that had been reportedly under R&D for five years.

With that being said, the launch invite doesn’t detail any update on Oppo Find N2 (the non-flip variant). Likely, the Find N2 might not make it to the global shores at least for now.

Oppo Find N2 Flip Specifications

Successor to Find N1 Flip launched in 2021, the Find N2 Flip is powered by Dimensity 9000+ SoC with a max 3.20GHz frequency. There’s up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The flip foldable phone has a 50MP Sony IMX890 plus 8MP dual camera setup at the back with Hasselblad setup and MariSilicon X NPU. The front has a 32MP RGBW Sony IMX709 shooter housed in a punch-hole cut-out on top.

The Find N2 Flip uses a 3.26” AMOLED cover display while the primary display is a 6.8” Foldable AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It packs in a 4,300mAh battery, a 44W wired charging tech, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC, Bluetooth v5.3, and tri-band Wi-Fi 6, among other specs.

It remains to be seen if the global variant sports the same specs as that of its Chinese counterpart. The phone weighs just 191 grams with a thickness of 16.02mm when closed and 7.45mm when it is opened. Its folding mechanism is tested to withstand 400,000 times folding.

Watch out for the Oppo Find N2 Flip global launch on February 15 at 20:00 IST on Youtube and Oppo.com.
